Reducing the Cost of Doing Business in Windsor Heights

Windsor Heights is an ideal place to locate a business. It is a safe community attractive to young families and located “in the heart of it all” – a central metro suburb easily accessed by all. In addition to these business-friendly attributes, City leaders have been working diligently over the past five years to maintain an efficient municipal operation allowing for local tax levies to be reduced. Since FY18 the City tax levy has been reduced nearly 20 percent reflecting our excellent financial stewardship. And the City’s lower cost of business benefits businesses in the community – excellent services at lower cost.
