5.            Approval of the Consent Agenda.

 All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.   There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

• (a)   Approval of liquor license for Shooter’s Hideaway.
• (b)  Approval of liquor license for QuikTrip.
• (c)   Approval of monthly report for Police for July.
• (d)  Approval of monthly report for Public Works for July.
• (e)   Approval of Claims and Payroll.

6.            Consideration of resolution approving ICAAP grant application of Hickman Road improvements. View

7.            Consideration of resolution approving agreement with Universal Concrete for an amount not to exceed $35,000 for construction of sidewalk sections on 63^rd and 73^rd Streets. View

8.            Discussion regarding storm debris/brush waste policy and collection fee. View

9.            Committee Reports.
