 All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.   There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

• (a)   Approval of liquor license for Krueger Enterprises, Inc.
• (b)  Approval of Monthly Clerk and Investment Report for June.
• (c)   Receive and File for Audit Monthly Treasurer’s Report for June.
• (d)  Receive and File for Audit the State Treasurer’s Outstanding Obligations Report for June 30, 2007.
• (e)   Approval of Claims and Payroll.

6.            Public hearing and consideration of resolution related to a site plan for 2004 63^rd Street. View

7.            Consideration of resolution approving 28E agreement with the City of Urbandale for improvements at the intersection of 70^th and Hickman. View

8.            Consideration of resolution approving Public Safety Committee recommendations and ratifying actions taken to regionally recruit for a Fire Chief. View

9.            Consideration of resolution declaring the City’s support of the Windsor Heights’ Chamber of Commerce and Committing to a Sponsorship of the Chamber’s Annual Event. View

10.         Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the City Administrator to submit a grant application to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources for REAP funding for the Nature Trail project. View

11.         Consideration of resolution adopting a proposal for a citizen survey. View; Survey

12.         Consideration of an ordinance conditionally rezoning Colby Park to General Commercial-Restricted, permitting only civic uses allowed in the General Commercial District.  – final reading. View

13.         Discussion regarding animal control ordinances. View
