 All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.   There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

• (a)   Approval of liquor license for Maria Grocery.
• (b)  Approval of transfer of liquor license for Shooter’s Hideaway for July 4^th.
• (c)   Approval of monthly report for Police for May.
• (d)  Approval of monthly report for Fire for May.
• (e)   Approval of monthly report for Public Works for May.
• (f)   Approval of Monthly Clerk and Investment Report for May.
• (g)   Receive and File for Audit Monthly Treasurer’s Report for May.
• (h)  Approval of Claims and Payroll

6.            Public Hearing regarding specifications on Colby Park and consideration of resolution awarding contract for Colby Park Project.  View

7.            Public Hearing on the rezone of Colby Park. View

8.            Consideration of a resolution regarding the issuance of not to exceed $3,600,000 of revenue bonds (Salisbury House Foundation Project) of the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa, confirming publication of notice of intention to issue, and calling a public hearing on the proposal to issue said bonds. View

9.            Consideration of resolution approving a hold harmless agreement for SERT training. View

10.         Consideration of an ordinance adjusting Curb It! rates. View

11.         Discussion regarding proposal for citizen satisfaction survey. View

15.         Adjournment to closed session pursuant to 21.5j of the Code of Iowa to discuss matters related to potential property acquisition.
