May 21^st, 2007 Regular City Council Meeting Minutes, published and unabridged versions are the same. View

5.            Approval of the Consent Agenda.

 All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.   There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

• (a)   Approval of liquor license for Styx
• (b)  Approval of outdoor sales liquor permit for Sage Restaurant
• (c)   Approval of April monthly reports for Fire.
• (d)  Approval of Monthly Clerk and Investment Report for April.
• (e)   Receive and File for Audit Monthly Treasurer’s Report for April.
• (f)   Set date of public hearing for a rezone of the Public Works Facility and Colby Park. 
• (g)   Approval of Claims and Payroll

6.            A resolution approving the Des Moines Area Metropolitan Planning Organization Fiscal Year 2008 Unified Planning Work Program and Budget. View

7.            Consideration of Federal Legislative Priorities. View

8.            Discussion and consideration of a resolution adopting a comprehensive safety manual. View
