REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING AGENDA

4.            Approval of the Minutes:

• December 3^rd, 2007, City Council regular session minutes, both published and unabridged versions are the same.

5.            Approval of the Consent Agenda.

 All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.   There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

(a)   Approval of appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission

(b)  Approval of appointments to the Board of Adjustment/Housing Appeals Board

(c)   Approval of November report for Police

(d)  Approval of November report for Fire

(e)   Approval of November report for Public Works

(f)   Approval of Monthly Clerk and Investment Report for November

(g)   Receive and File for Audit Monthly Treasurer’s Report for November

(h)  Claims and Payroll

6.               Consideration of Resolution adopting pay plan for the Fire Department.

7.               Consideration of resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with First National Merchant Solutions to provide credit card and debt card processing for the city.

8.               Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with Iowa Codification Inc. to re-codify Windsor Heights’ City Code. 

9.               Consideration of Resolution to dispose of surplus city property

10.            Discussion and possible action on a resolution adopting a code of ethics for the City of Windsor Heights. 

11.            Consideration of an ordinance to extending the no parking zone from 100 ft to 200 ft on 68th Street on the east side from the south boundary of Hickman road.  – first and possibly second readings.

12.            Public Comment
