Public Hearing on proposal to issue (i) $4,900,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Revenue Bonds (Dowling High School Project) Series 2007, of the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa and (ii) $2,600,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Revenue Bonds (Dowling High School Project) Series 2008, of the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa.
7. Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of (i) Revenue Bonds (Dowling High School Project) Series 2007 in the principal amount of $4,900,000 and (ii) Revenue Bonds (Dowling High School Project) Series 2008 in the principal amount of $2,600,000 and Authorizing the Execution of Documents Related Thereto.
8. Consideration of Resolution to Appoint Representatives to the Polk County Emergency Management Commission.
9. Consideration of resolution authorizing the execution of a payroll and tax service agreement with Heritage Computer Services.
10. Consideration of resolution adopting a revised personnel policies manual for the City of Windsor Heights.
