2. Approval of the Agenda.

3. Presentation from Kris Gregersen, President of the Windsor Heights Chamber of Commerce.

4. Consent agenda
a) Review and Approval of 2009 State of Iowa Annual Financial Report.

5. Consideration of a resolution approving a quit claim deed for the city owned property located directly west of the intersection at 69th and Mott Avenue to the highest bidder.

6. Consideration of a Resolution authoring the city of Windsor Heights, Iowa to join with other regional communities and submit an application for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBF), retrofit ramp-up program funding made available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). (Estimated cost to Windsor Heights is $2,000 or less.)

7. Public Hearing on the adoption of the proposed “Code of Ordinances for the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa.”

8. Consideration of a resolution amending the proposed “Code of Ordinances for the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa.” (Needed if only minor changes in the code as filed are deemed necessary)

9. Consideration of an ordinance adoption the “Code of Ordinances for the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa.” FIRST READING

10. Adjournment to 5:15 p.m. on December 7, 2009 for a Regular Meeting of the City Council in Council Chambers at City Hall.
