6. Public Hearing on proposed Amended and Restated Urban Renewal Plan for the Consolidated Windsor Heights Urban Renewal Area.
7. Consideration of a Resolution determining an area of the City to be a blighted area and economic development area, and that the rehabilitation, conservation, redevelopment, development, or a combination thereof, of such area is necessary in the interest of the public health, safety or welfare of the residents of the City; designating such area as appropriate for an Urban Renewal Project; and adopting the Amended and Restated Urban Renewal Plan for the Consolidated Windsor Heights Urban Renewal Area.
8. Consideration of a resolution regarding the issuance, in two series, of not to exceed $7,500,000 of revenue bonds (Dowling High School Project) of the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa, confirming publication of notice of intention to issue and calling a public hearing on the proposal to issue said bonds.
9. Discussion regarding polling locations – the purpose of this item is to address citizen complaints regarding the polling location at 63rd and University and determine whether or not the City Council would like a letter sent requesting a different location.
