4. Approval of the Minutes:
- October 15th, 2007 Regular City Council Meeting Minutes, published and unabridged versions are the same.
- October 22nd, 2007, City Council study session minutes, both published and unabridged versions.
5. Approval of the Consent Agenda.
All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.
(a) Appointment of Stu Turner to the Planning and Zoning Commission
(b) Claims and Payroll
6. Presentation from Dowling regarding a conduit bond issue request – Dr. Deegan.
7. Consideration of resolution renewing a primary towing agreement with Krueger’s Enterprises.
8. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to execute a labor agreement with Teamsters, Local 238 for July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2011.
9. Discussion regarding ordinance to restrict the number of unrelated adults who can live in a single-family residence and the level of consanguinity that is permitted.
