All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. (a) Progress Payment No 3 for the Community Center project in the amount of $133,570 to Prostruct Construction.

7. Consideration of a resolution to offer up for bid city owned property located directly west of the intersection at 69th and Mott Avenue.
8. Consideration of Resolution Approving the Disposal of Surplus City Property.
9. Consideration of Resolution approving grant award agreement for I-JOBS grant.
10. Consideration of Ordinance 09-05 to amend the Code of Ordinances for the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa by amending Sections of Chapter 29: Building and Property Regulations to create rental housing approved signage. (Final Reading)
