 All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.   There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

(a)   Approval of liquor license for Chieftain Corporation dba Kum n Go

(b)  Approval of September report for Police

(c)   Approval of September report for Public Works

(d)  Claims and Payroll

6.            Consideration of resolution setting dates of a consultation and a public hearing on proposed amended and restated urban renewal plan for the Consolidated Windsor Heights Urban Renewal Area of the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa..

7.            Consideration of ordinance 07-04 creating Chapter 62, “Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control” – final reading.

8.            Consideration of 07-05 creating Chapter 63, “Illicit Discharge to Storm Sewer System” – final reading.

9.            Consideration of ordinance 07-06 creating Chapter 64, “Post Construction Stormwater Control” – final reading.

10.         Public Comment
