6. Approval of the Consent Agenda.
All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

(a) Approval of $100 contribution to Meals on Wheels Program.
(b) Monthly Police report for August.
(c) Approval of request for mailing labels from Windsor Heights Lions Club.
(d) Claims and Payroll.

7. Consideration of a resolution updating and renewing a Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.
8. Consideration of a resolution approving Parks and Special Events Coordinator job description, advertisement and pay scale.
9. Consideration of resolution approving Street Annual Financial Report.
10. Discussion and possible consideration of Ordinance 09-05 to amend the Code of Ordinances for the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa by amending Sections of Chapter 29: Building and Property Regulations to create rental housing approved signage.
11. Presentation regarding Sustainable Community Ideas.
