· April 6th, 2009 City Council minutes both published and unabridged versions.
5. Public Comment. This is an opportunity for any citizen to come forward and discuss any item that is not listed on the Agenda. (Please limit presentation from 2 to 5 minutes.)
6. Approval of the Consent Agenda.

7. Discussion and consideration of a resolution approving the final bid documents for the Colby Park Community Center.

9. Consideration of ordinance 09-02 to amend the Code of Ordinances by amending sections of Chapter 29: Building and Property Regulations to create and rental conversion fee for new rental homes in Windsor Heights. Final Reading
