7. Consideration of a resolution approval of the City of Clive’s request to use Windsor Heights’ right-of-way to connect the current end of the sidewalk at 80th Place and Hickman Road in Clive to the Urbandale trail system and the Windsor Heights trails at its intersection with the Urbandale Trail.
8. Consideration of resolution for the fixing date of March 3, 2007 for a meeting on the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of not to exceed $1,500,000 general obligation capital loan notes for a City Hall project of Windsor Heights, Iowa and provide for publication of notice thereof.
9. Consideration of resolution for the fixing date of March 3, 2007 for a meeting on the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of not to exceed $2,000,000 general obligation capital loan notes for the park redevelopment project of Windsor Heights, Iowa and provide for publication of notice thereof.
