6. Consideration of Resolution approving a contract with Gee Willie Entertainment to provide inflatable games on July 3rd and July 4th at Colby Park.
7. Consideration of Final Reading of Ordinance 08-02 adjusting Stormwater Drainage Utility rates.
8. Discussion and possible Consideration of Ordinance 08-03 updating Chapter 29, Building and Property Regulation of the City Code so that the latest building code professional standards are enforced. One or more readings of this ordinance may occur after Council discussion.
9. Discussion and possible consideration of an Ordinance 08-04 to restrict the number of unrelated adults who can live in a residential home. One or more readings of this ordinance may occur after Council discussion.
10. Presentation from the Police Department regarding procedures used in response to burglaries.
