6. Approval of the Consent Agenda.
All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

(c) Progress Payment No 6 for the Community Center project in the amount of $41,078 to Prostruct Construction.

8. Consideration of resolution approving a final plat for the property located at 2004 63rd Street.
9. Consideration of resolution accepting agreement with the Institute for Social and Behavioral Research to perform services related to the periodic citizen survey in the amount of $6,045.
