5. Approval of the Consent Agenda.
All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.
(a) Claims and Payroll
6. Consideration of Resolution Approving a change order to the contract with Elder Corporation for $850 for additional survey work on the Colby Park project.
7. Consideration of a resolution to change the Council meeting time to 5:15 p.m.
8. Discussion and possible consideration of Resolution increasing the water rate to $1.00 per thousand gallons of water to be used for water infrastructure projects.
9. Consideration of an ordinance to extending the no parking zone from 100 ft to 200 ft on 68th Street on the west side from the south boundary of Hickman road. – final reading.
10. Discussion and possible consideration of an ordinance adjusting Stormwater Drainage Utility rates. (This ordinance would increase the stormwater utility rates to address infrastructure needs.) One or more readings of this ordinance may occur after Council discussion.
11. Public Comment
