2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Good of the Order.

• Windsor Heights Police Officer Hector Arias, who just returned from Iraq, will present the city with a flag

4. Approval of the Minutes:

• December 21, 2009 City Council minutes both published and unabridged versions.

5. Public Comment. This is an opportunity for any citizen to come forward and discuss any item that is not listed on the Agenda. (Please limit presentation from 2 to 5 minutes.)

6. Approval of the Consent Agenda.
All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

7. Consideration of resolution accepting a Quit Claim from Vision Bank for right-of-way adjacent to 6500 University Avenue. (Note: This is being done to correct an earlier error in the legal description.)

8. Staff updates:
• Rental housing and code enforcement presentation
• Upper Colby Trail Drainage Update

9. Discussion and possible consideration of an ordinance related to deer hunting.

10. Council member comments.
