You may submit your request no more than sixty (60) days prior to a season.  There are two seasons in a calendar year: Fall / Summer season runs from March 15th through July 31st.  Summer / Fall season runs August 1st through November 15th. 

Payment Policy: A check or credit card can be accepted for the fee payment. Checks are to be made payable to City of Windsor Heights. Reservation is confirmed when completed form and payment are received. A driver’s license must be presented for rental reservation. The undersigned will be held responsible for the damage caused to any facilities and will be charged at the rate of 1.5 times the employee’s hourly rate for time required to repair, clean up, etc. Minimum charge of $50 per hour.  Ball field rental cost is $12.00 / hour.  Half-hour rentals are not permitted, however, half-hour increments can be reserved beyond a minimum of a one-hour period for $6.00 per half-hour, e.g. 1.5 hours = $18.00 + tax.

Reservation Change/Cancellation Policy:  The ball field reservations fill up quickly.  Therefore, no refunds are provided for changes or cancellations as your reservation nullified any other group being able to reserve the ball field and schedule.  If the fields are closed due to weather, you will receive a 100% refund for that day(s).  You may switch days / times with another renter on your own accord, however, you are responsible for payment for the dates / times you reserved.  

The renter shall fully comply with all applicable state laws, City ordinances and rules applicable to the use of the facility. Smoking is prohibited on playgrounds and in park shelters located on City property, including adjacent areas within 50 feet of playgrounds and park shelters (in compliance with the Iowa Smokefree Air Act).

The City of Windsor Heights reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the rental due to inclement weather or poor field conditions.

The City of Windsor Heights reserves the right to refuse the rental of the facilities.
