Windsor Heights Planning and Zoning Commission to Review Plans for a Quik Trip at the 63rd Street and Hickman Road Intersection

 The Windsor Heights Planning and Zoning Commission will hear a request on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 1133 66th St., Windsor Heights, for a conditional use permit and site plan for a 5,858 square foot Quik Trip convenience store with seven fuel dispensers at the property on the Southwest corner of 63rd Street and Hickman Road. The property is currently owned by Hurd Windsor LLC in the Windsor Crossing Plat. A site plan has been submitted of which is currently under review. The Planning and Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Adjustment on the conditional use permit. The public is welcome is submit comments.
