Premium Compost It! Yard Waste Collection

The sticker is good from Aprill 1^st through November 30th, 2008. The annual sticker cost is $100 for 2008. There is also a one-time start up fee of $80 for new participants, which covers material and administrative costs. Please note this is a one-time fee for as long as the resident is a resident of Windsor Heights. (If the resident moves outside of Windsor Heights, the cart should be returned to the City. If the resident moves within Windsor Heights, the cart should be taken to the new address and the city notified of the move.) Yard waste that does not fit in the carts must be placed in Compost It! bags or bundled with Compost It! stickers for collection or saved for the next week's collection.
