• August 16th, 2010 City Council minutes both published and unabridged versions.

5. Public Comment. This is an opportunity for any citizen to come forward and discuss any item that is not listed on the Agenda. (Please limit presentation from 2 to 5 minutes.)

6. Approval of the Consent Agenda.
All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.

8. Consideration of resolution approving the disposal of surplus City property (surplus brick pavers).

9. Consideration of a resolution establishing a temporary moratorium on the establishment of new or relocation of existing delayed deposit services businesses and pawn businesses pending a comprehensive review of the applicable regulations.

10. Consideration of a resolution approving an agreement with the Windsor Heights Chamber of Commerce for shared staff time.

11. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the mayor to enter a brokerage agreement with Ruhl and Ruhl for the marketing of city owned property along Hickman Road that would include provisions to negotiate with two current, prospective buyers

12. Consideration of a resolution approving with Commercial Building Services as the cleaning service contractor for City Hall and the Windsor Heights Community Center.

13. Consideration of a resolution approving a letter of agreement with Budget Storage for shared fence for the Windsor Heights Dog Park.

14. Consideration of ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances by amending sections of Chapter 156: Rental Housing Code.

15. Consideration of an ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances for the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa by Amending sections of Chapter 100 – Regulation of Industrial Wastewater, Commercial Wastewater and Hauled Waste –Final Reading
