November 15, 2010 City Council minutes both published and unabridged versions.

5. Public Comment. This is an opportunity for any citizen to come forward and discuss
any item that is not listed on the Agenda. (Please limit presentation from 2 to 5
minutes.)

6. Approval of the Consent Agenda.
All items listed below are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one
motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or
citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and
considered after the other items listed on the Agenda.
(a) Set date of public hearing for FY 11 Budget Amendment #2 for 12.20.10
(b) October Police Report.
(c) October Clerk and Investment Report
(d) Claims and Payroll.

7. Consideration of Liquor License request: The Sugar Shack (801 73rd Street)

8. Consideration of a resolution approving the purchase of LED traffic light retrofits
in the amount of $13,200 and in accordance with the Energy Efficiency
Conservation Block Grant.

9. Discussion and possible consideration of Ordinance 10-13 amending provisions on
the existing public consumption regulations in City Code Chapter 40.06.02(2)

10. Discussion and possible consideration of Ordinance 10-14 amending provisions on
the existing animal protection and control regulations in City Code Chapter 55.
