  • Windsor Heights Citizen of the Year Nominations. The City is currently accepting nominations for “Citizen of the Year”. The nomination forms can be picked up at City Hall or downloaded by clicking here. Complete the nomination below and return it to Windsor Heights City Hall by June 13th, 2008. Please consider the following criteria when making your selection: The number of years of volunteer/community service to Windsor Heights. Extent of involvement (Please list individual activities). Resident or Non-Resident. Must be living (no posthumous nominations).
